Timothy Treadwell was a wildlife enthusiast,
and when it came to bears, he was a controversial
spokesperson for them. No one will doubt that he
had passion, but most people can also recognize
that which is true - he wasn't quite right in
the head.

I had the opportunity to hear Tim speak on two
different occasions, and I got to meet him both
times. I do not endorse his methods or his
philosophy. However, I will say that he gave
the most amazing presentations on bears that I
have ever seen.
